The technical department mainly maintains and improves the existing production process.
The research team mainly studies the basic research and new product development of lithium batteries. Through the research of electrochemistry and new materials, the high capacity, high rate, ultra high rate, high temperature, low temperature, wide temperature and low self discharge batteries have been successfully developed。
The R & D center has a testing center, an experimental center and an experimental production center.
The test center has two times the battery performance testing device, including professional high precision two cycle life test cabinet, resistance tester, 100A high rate test cabinet, high low-temperature test box, short-circuit test device, vibration testing device, testing device, drop test device, such as a variety of acupuncture experimental device for battery test equipment.
The experimental center has X, X-ray spectrometer, laser particle size analyzer, moisture analyzer, XRD, TEM, electrochemical workstation and other advanced research and development testing instruments, which can be used for electrochemical basic research, materials and high precision component analysis.
